Thank you Suzanne, I was going to ask specifically about these slides. I’m glad someone mentioned it, and that you responded. It always happens when I see you at a presentation. Your slides are jam packed with so much richness I always want you to go deeper but time never allows.
I could spend a whole day, at least, talking about just these slides... and about what this could mean, and explore practical examples - of how play, teaching, designing spaces, attitudes, etc etc etc can positively and negatively impact children, their learning, their well-being and their ability to reach their own potential... and then once these slides are talked about... then a whole load more talking and dialoging is needed to sustain the change to real democratic spaces that actually mean democratic for EVERY one - child, adult, ability, disability, culture, colour, religion etc etc etc
